EuroClad is versatile anti-collapse cladding system for cladding areas of pallet racking which face onto pedestrian aisles.

EuroClad is manufactured in rolled steel angles and mesh sheets spot-welded to the main frame which ensures a robust and durable finish. The system is made to suit bay centres which completely eliminates the need for cutting or on-site alterations which means that the construction method is quick and easy.

Euroclad is a non-staggered format and ensures greater visibility across the storage area and assists vehicle movement. This type of construction ensures that the system is demountable which means it is easily altered or moved, therefore the system can be re-used when storage systems are changed.

Euroclad framed mesh panels are pre-punched and mounted on to the rear of pallet racks by means of brackets. The brackets are designed to be fixed either way in order to avoid the main racking beams and also to allow the mesh to stand clear of the pallets. The NEW brackets are anti-burst, which means that each panel is fixed to the bracket with tek-screws, this ensures a more robust fixing, and stops the cladding bursting from it’s mounting.

The system is supplied powder coated with a range of colour options or galvanised for a more durable finish.
